# GSTNook

> Browser-based GST preparation, GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation, Tally XML conversion and spreadsheet utilities for Indian businesses, sellers and accountants.

GSTNook is an independent service. It does not file GST returns or determine input-tax-credit eligibility. All tools require sign-in. Account, trial and saved-GSTIN rules are described in the public help and terms pages. One account can link up to 12 GSTINs across Seller and Tally; an existing GSTIN cannot be reused through another account to restart its trial.

GST Online Seller: ₹75 for 1 month, ₹387 for 6 months, or ₹594 upfront for 12 months. A 30-day trial is included. Plans are separate and do not renew automatically.
Ecommerce to Tally: ₹200 for 1 month, ₹1,047 for 6 months, or ₹1,794 upfront for 12 months. A 30-day trial is included. Plans are separate and do not renew automatically.
Reconciliation, JSON to Excel, JSON validation, error reports, file merging and invoice generation are free after sign-in. File processing runs in the browser. Explicitly saving a Seller or Tally draft stores reviewed rows and settings in private account storage; original upload files are not included.
