Merge Excel and CSV files: quick answers

Is it free or paid?
Free after sign-in; no paid subscription is required.
What can I use as input?
Up to 10 CSV/XLSX files, 5 MB per file and below 20 MB combined. The first worksheet of each XLSX is read; output is limited to 50,000 rows.
What will I get?
One Excel workbook with appended rows and Source file labels. Duplicates are retained; formulas and every worksheet are not recreated.

How it works

  1. Sign in and select up to 10 supported CSV or XLSX files. Use clear column headers and keep the combined file size below 20 MB.

  2. Merge the rows, then inspect the column alignment and Source file labels. The first worksheet is read from each XLSX input.

  3. Download the combined Excel workbook and compare its row count with the original files.

Know what the tool supports

Each input is limited to 5 MB, 50,000 rows and 200 columns; the merged output is limited to 50,000 rows. The tool appends rows and does not deduplicate records, preserve formulas or recreate all worksheets from an input workbook.

Common questions

Will duplicate invoices be removed?

No. Rows are appended and retain their source-file label. Review duplicates separately before using the combined records.

Are all worksheets from each Excel file merged?

No. The first worksheet is read from each XLSX input. Prepare the intended data there before merging.
